After a long wait on the phone and several instructions by your techie, we went online and created an account. It now seems to work fine. Before, we didn't get a chance to order - only lock, add to wish list or close. This was on movie central or new releases. Once the online account was created, the "buy" option became available. Thanks for the help at any rate.
that happened because your account number did not exist in the back office. A support person could have manually pushed that in, or as you have found, registering also causes an update to the back office.
