I'm having trouble with my Shaw remote for TV and cable. It seems like some of the buttons (channel changer and page up and down) are wearing out. Do I need a new remote?
Sorry we missed your question and are just replying now! If you haven't changed the batteries already, I would suggest that. Are you able to change the channels without a delay with the buttons on the front of the box? After we have confirmed that the issue is certainly with the remote itself then yes, you can bring it into a Shaw retail location for us to recycle it and pick up a new one.
