I am from Kelowna, BC. Our phones went out in our offices almost 2 hours ago. Any help would be appreciated.
Sorry to hear that you're having some phone trouble rsmith. If you have access to the phone modem, I would recommend that you try the steps listed here first. If you don't have access or if you're not having any luck, please let us know and we'll take a look from our end.
I have pressed the reset button and that has not helped. Lines 1 and 2 have a busy signal. Line 3 is silent. Our fax line is silent as well.

What lights do you have on the telephone modem?
All lights are on - not flashing - solid.
