I noticed CFCN (210) in Lethbridge is labelled as CFCNL or CFCN. Channel 3 has the correct logo, but channel 210 doesn't.

ok we did a recache on your set top it should be there now, if not may we ask you to try unplugging the power to the set top for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. once it loads it should be there.
We have contacted our Guide Provider and had them add the logo to the HD Guide Boxes. You Should see that appear within the next 24 hours

Just wanted to give you a little update to your CFCN Logo issue.
We have reopened a case with our guide provider, they are looking at why the "push" of the logo they did around Oct 11th did not make it to our database. as it turned out our provider services its data to two of the 3 settop technologies currently deployed in customer's homes. When they pushed the logo out Oct 11th they only pushed it to our Gateway product and not the HD Guide you have. this is being addressed and we hope to have a resolution very soon.

we have heard back from our guide provider and verifed the logo is in our database for the HD Guide set tops.
can you check at your earilest convenience. you should see the logo for channel 210 now.

Part of it was my fault - I didn't mention what PVR I am using,
not at all no worries! each of our three guides are unique enough we should have been able to tell...just for some reason there is a blue tint in your screenhot that makes it look like the gateway as the HD Guide is blackish gray..either way we are glad to have helped
