We have had no dial tone on our home phone in High River since 4 pm - maybe earlier? Is there a problem out here - or just our phone?

We haven't had any reports of outages in the area today. Let's start by troubleshooting your service there.

Let me know if that is helpful at all. If need be, I can certainly take a closer look into the problem for you.
I have checked the Base Set. It is plugged in to power and the phone line. All 3 of the other sets are also plugged in. I have checked and they have all been hung up properly but we have no dial tones. Only my Cell phone is working.
Alright. How about the Digital Phone Terminal? That is the device which we installed for your phone service. It looks something like this: Arris TM602 Phone Terminal or this: Motorola SBV5220 depending on which model you have.
Happy to say we now have a dial tone finally, on Wednesday morning when I got up. Nothing I did last night seemed to make any difference and at bedtime, the phone was still not working......the Digital Phone Terminal seemed to be okay. We never did find the cause of the outage.
