I was looking for an Excel template to use and mistakenly clicked on something I shouldn't have and

I had google search blocked by McAfee after I inadvertently downloaded Express_Installer which I think installed SetupManager and then update.exe.

The message was that someone was trying to pretend to be google.ca.

The Full scan 10/2/2013 in Security History showed:

Items detected:0

Virus or threat detected

Artemis!887F49A4BC9

Process location: C:\Windows\Temp\TBU001

Process description: Amazon Search Protect

Then prior to this a number of Suspicious incoming network connection blocked

Source IP address:91.190.216.60 and other IP addresses.

There are also a number of new Suspicious incoming network connection blocked since.

I want to make sure I have not compromised my computer which has a lot of sensitive personal information.

After running the full scan everything seems OK except for the repeated attempts by someone to make a network connection.  Is my system secure or do I need to do more.
