I've been away for nearly 4 1/2 years in the wonderful southern asian city of Hong Kong, China. For business I used ADSL at 25 Mb/Sec (download) with a upload 25 Mb/sec. No filters, blocks or anything. Then everything went fibre optic - which was amazing.
Where did all of the upload bandwidth go? Surely - Shaw can provide better service than 5 Mb/sec upload on a 50 Mb/Sec package. I find it debilitating especially since was about to start online podcasting. Any hope of Shaw being able to better these speeds or is it all about a 10:1 ratio between download to upload?
