I'm becoming more than frustrated. I've had no picture for 3 days and I've made many attempts to trouble shoot and call Shaw to have this rectified. The hour long wait times on the phone is less than appealing, sorry.
What is the problem? The guide is available but isn't consistent and is sometimes showing "no data". Either way I have no picture or sound and a message displays "Service temporarily not available"
Help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
