Today when I went to use my phone it was not working AGAIN!!! This has happened several times in the last two weeks. When I try to call Shaw with my cell phone, of course the lines are backed up & their advise is to have a call back. Well they don't give you an option to leave a different telephone # to be called back at so I must hang up or pay for my cell minutes. The other night I called when my minutes were free & was told there was a wait time of 10 to 15 minutes, I had my cell on for over an hour & no one came on the line to help,. That was Saturday evening, on Sunday morning my phone was working again. I wonder how many times it has not been working & do I need to start to keep track so that Shaw gives me a rebate on the number of days the phone is unavailable, or do I need to switch providers?
