The power went out in my house yesterday and now I have no access to shaw on demand. I keep getting error code 33414. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this issue?
Can you try powercycling the cable box by disconnecting the power from it for 5-10 seconds, then reconnect it? If you still can't access your Shaw on Demand after this just let me know here.
I tried that already. I also unplugged the coaxial cable from the box, that didnt help either.
