we have 2 receivers, 1 used occasionally, when i refresh, how do i indicate which one i want to refresh?
I can definitely help you out! If you use our any of our self serve options (online or phone) to refresh your receiver, it will actually refresh all of the receivers associated with your account. There is no harm in having extra refreshes sent to your receivers so we send signal to all of them when you make the request. I hope that helps!

We're going to need a little bit more to go on than that, unfortunately. Can you describe what it is you are trying to do in a little bit more detail please? Are you refering to satellite receivers or our digital cable boxes? When you say 'refresh', what is the actual process you are speaking of?

i am referring to a satellite receiver which has been unplugged since march. we have a receiver which has been in use since april, it will be turned off and we will be using the second one this winter. i wanted to refresh it by going online but how do i indicate that i want to refresh the second one?

i understand about the self serve option, however, when i talked to one of your reps, i was informed that you think we have one receiver, not two. my concern is that this second receiver will not be refreshed because you don't know it exists. do you need the serial number?
In that case we need to get your receiver added to your account! The self serve options will look in to your account and send the signal to any equipment which is active, so in this case we will need the serial number. If you'd like to send it to me here I can add it to your account or just give us a call. You may have a multi-receiver charge applied to the account once you add on this second receiver; the agent who helps you out will be able to confirm that for you. I hope that this helps!
