My broadband. 50 modem drops connections quite often. It always drops the connection when I'm downloading or streaming video. I have tried calling customer service but I can never get through. I have checked all the cables, powered the modem off and on again, etc. I happens with wifi and wired connections. It is very frustrating to try to watch a movie when the connection drops at least 5 times during a two hour movie. I thought the Broadband 50 was supposed to be ideal for streaming video. It definitely is not when it drops the connection so often. I'm hoping someone from Shaw can assist. I pay a lot of money for Internet service and the broadband 50 is not very reliable. I'm beyond frustrated with this modem.
