Channel Guide Icons

Since we've had our Gateway system installed a week ago, we're not getting the channel icons on the guide display - only the channel numbers.  An email request was sent to Shaw and their response was that I should call in and get the system reset.  So I called in and had both the software updated and the system reset.


But the icons still don't show up.


Any ideas?
