Routing Issue [Vancouver Island/Parksville]

Unable to access any web services or VPN from my corporate network (hosted from the UK).

 

Tried:

Clearing local DNS cache,

Performed a router restart,

I have done a tracert and can see that the routing fails at the following point:

over a maximum of 30 hops:

I can confirm that the required services are operational (I have asked other users, and have checked connectivity from a remote desktop server in the US).

 

No other websites or services seem to be affected.

 

Any help troubleshooting would be much appreciated, or if anyone else is currently experiencing similar issues.
