Is anyone else having problems with VOD today? I'm in New West and keep getting: "VOD is temporarily unavailable in your area, please try again later. Error Number : 16521".
We aren't aware of a general problem with the VOD (Shaw on Demand) service at this time. Can you try powercycling the cable box for 5-10 seconds (simply disconnect the power, then reconnect)? Let me know if you get the same error after this. Also, if you have more than one cable box in your home and can tell me if this is happening with all of them, that would be helpful information.
This was happening on my standard box. I just checked on our main TV that had our HD PVR and it's also getting an error message.
