This appears to be a common problem but without a common resolution. I have confirmed my Shaw email is working correctly on my PC and on my Android phone. The Mac receives but will not send emails. I've done all the tips and hints on this site...it started working for a couple days then stopped sending emails again and won't start again no matter what settings I use. The only thing I'm not sure of is having the Remote Access set up by a Shaw Tech, which apparently has to be done by them.
Anybody have other ideas of had success with this issue?
