Why am I locked out of older episodes of shows in the Global app even though it indicates I am logged in through Shaw Go on my iPad?

Which show/episodes are locked out? Any error message(s)?
Here is the screen shot. The upper right shows logged in, but if I understand correctly then the two former episodes should be unlocked. When I tap on them I receive a message that I do not have permissions to view them.
When you first log in, it can take 24 hours for your registration to be processed. I would recommend at this point that you remove and reinstall the app and see if you're still having issues accessing these episodes.

I am also locked out even though I am logged in. Did reinstalling the app work?
If you've logged in but you're still unable to access content older than 7 days (and you have television service with Shaw), removing and reinstalling the app would be the next step to take. Let us know if that works for you.
Edit: Looks like there was an issue with the Global Go app last night, so maybe give it another shot now before reinstalling to see if it's working.
