I am having issues logging in on the Global Go App using the Customer Client ID. I get the following message..
An unexpected error occurred, error 43. Please try again
Error 43 usually means that your registration is still being processed, if you're receiving that error while trying to play content older than 7 days. I would recommend that you wait a bit longer and try again if you've just signed in with your email address or Customer Care credentials, as registrations can take up to 24 hours to process (longer if over the weekend).
If this error still shows up, try removing and reinstalling the app.

Still not working. I am a Shaw TV subscriber, do I have to have Shaw Internet to use this feature?
No, you would only need television service with us.
Do you have an actual television account with us in your name though, or are you on a bulk account perhaps? If you're on a bulk account and your television service is something that's included (not paid directly to Shaw by you), that would by why it's not working for you.
Otherwise, please let me know if you do have an account in your name, and we'll take a closer look on our end.
