I plugged in the old PVR to clear my PVR list and series recordings before I sell them, but it says I don't have service...blah blah.
What needs to happen now?
The PVR list relies on the guide. So if there is no guide, there can't be a PVR list. If you have it connected by coaxial cable to the wall outlet and the guide isn't populating, we can add the PVR back to your account for you to access the recordings and delete them.
yes please, what do you need from me to do this? I have 2 PVRs, will adding them to my account screw up the 8 recordings I have planned for tonight on my gateway?
