we had just finished watching a program which was recorded. when we went to delete it a "in progress " red dot came up and we are unable to delete the program any suggestions
I would recommend first pulling the power cord to the PVR for 30 seconds to reboot it. If that doesn't unlock the recording, let us know!
This is a known issue, and you can click info on the program, "stop" the recording then delete. no need for a power cycle of the gateway.
It appears to happen more frequently after a code release, then the issue comes up rarely.
If it is another PVR type, do as shaw-lance suggested.
