I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace that works on my home Shaw wifi network and any other public wifi EXCEPT Shaw Go wifi. I am able to connect with excellent signal strength - but when I try to open page - it comes up web page not available. Shaw tech support instructed me on September 24, 2013 to wait till 5:00 p.m. to try again, they were going to try and "push" the system. I waited till after 5:00 p.m. and it worked GREAT!! I was able to open my browser and surf the net. TWO days later same problem - I can connect to any Go wifi but cannot open browser on site. I don't know what Shaw tech did on September 24, 2013 to solve the problem - they won't tell me. I suspect the security protocols on Shaw go wifi are not updated. My phone works great on every other public wifi - airports coffee shops etc etc etc. My phone works great on all networks requiring security key INCLUDING my home SHAW network. So why won't SHAW tech support tell me what the problem is?
