Can you confirm that the Port Moody outage is extended to the Citadel Heights area of Port Coquitlam?
If so how long is the intended to last?
I'm not seeing any known outages affecting Port Moody at this time. Were you informed that there was an outage when you contacted us and if so, when was this? Without seeing your account I don't know what services you have exactly, but are all of your Shaw services (internet/phone/TV) being affected by this outage at this time?
