The download button for the free Shaw security only takes me to my bill. Any suggestions on another route?

Don't know if the login server is still down, but I can't log into mine right now...
When you log into the Customer Center, you will find the Shaw Secure download under Internet -> Shaw Secure. There are lots of other great options and account related information you can find in the Customer Center than just your bill!

Been getting the 'There appears to be something wrong' message for a couple days, but was able to see some of the site yesterday

shaw-moderator Upon further testing, it is my account... I can log into my client's accounts fine, but not mine.
Is this error presented when you try to access the Shaw Secure portion of Online Customer Centre or customer centre in general when first logging in?
Now, when first logging in I get errors, couple days ago, I was able to sign in, but successfully open very few pages.
