URGENT... I have no dial tone on any phones in my house. I have checked the ARRIS TM602 box and there is only one solid green light on. This was not covered in the support area so what should I do now?
I'd recommend trying some of the troubleshooting from our How to fix no dial tone on all phones issue first, but if you still only get the one solid green light let me know.
My Shaw phone is dead, too. No dial tone. Nothing all day yesterday (Saturday) and today.. I wonder if there are other Shaw Phone customers who have no dial tone. I live in Chilliwack, BC. What's worse, it's the Thanksgiving day long weekend.

Are all the light supposed to be on?
Not necessarily all of them. If you can let us know which ones are on, off or blinking then we can help diagnose the problem.
Of the eight indicator lights, Phone1, Phone2, and the link indicator are not on. The remaining five indicator lights are on with a steady green light.
You should have either a flashing or solid TEL1 light. I've sent you a private message and I'll take a look at this for you.
