I am unable to enter my PIN. My TV tells me to try later. My TV has been telling me this for 1 week. How can I bypass this message?
Is this a purchase PIN when you try to order a PPV or Video On Demand? Or is it a parental lock?
Have your tried to change it as perHow to set Parental Controls on a Shaw Gateway to see if that fixes it for you?
What comes up on my screen is this message in a Box: PIN INCORRECT Please call your cable operator or try entering your PIN later.
I do this but continue to get the same message.
Even when I go to "Settings" and scroll down to "Parental Control Setup" and press OK...I get the same message. I'm not allowed to go into "Parental Control Setup."
