Paperless billing

I signed up for paper less billing last year...worked fine for a while, got the bills on time.


Over the summer, bills stopped I cancelled it, and resigned up...


Still not getting bills....have to go back to paper.


They were to be sent to my shaw email....just shaking my head how this could be so screwed up!!!


And no they aren't in my junk folder. I am NOT getting them.
