I have installed my cable box.
1. Coax from wall to input
2. Coax from Box to TV
3. Power Supply plugged in.
I have no channels showing yet, I have waited for two hours or more.

It sounds like either the box wasn't activated properly, or your TV may be on the wrong input and just not displaying the picture from the box.
When you say no channels are showing, is it that there's no picture at all or a fuzzy screen, or is there an error message of some sort?
When you called Shaw to activate your cable terminal, was it plugged in/connected at that time?
