Shaw email users not receiving email.

We've come to realize that email recipients with email addresses are not recieving our email. We don't get message failure notifications or bouncebacks, and the intended recipients aren't getting messages in their spam filters. I've read on this forum about suspected spam being deleted before it hits the recipients inbox, spambox or otherwise. Is there any way to get off this blacklist? It is not just for email newsletters for subscribers to our legit non-profit, it fails with direct person-to-person emails.
