I can not sent emails from my iPhone 5 for @shaw.ca accounts when I travel outside of my province. Settings are checked. When I land at airport on home town and go into emails they send.
That sounds a bit odd username401, but my guess would be that whenever you're at home or in range of a Shaw Go Wi-Fi location, you can send email. Whenever you're off our network, you can't. This could mean that you've got your account set up as POP and SMTP on your iPhone rather than exchange so your outgoing settings may need to be updated.
Take a look at this document here. Configuration 1 is for exchange, which is what we recommend since it syncs with Webmail and works on and off network. You can use POP and SMTP, but check to ensure that your outgoing settings match what's listed under Configuration 2 (mail.shaw.ca, port 587 with SSL on).
Hopefully this does the trick for you.
Did Matt's suggestions get your emails account working for you?
