How do I use the call waiting feature?
You can enable and disable Call Waiting through the Phone Portal at phone.shaw.ca. Once you log in, select Features at the top, then Calling. You'll see the option to turn Call Waiting on or off from there. The credentials you use are the same as for the Customer Centre. If you haven't created an account, just click the Create An Account options.
There is also the option of disabling Call Waiting for just one call only using the star code *70 just before placing a call. You can find all of our star codes here if you're interested.
