I changed my number yesterday & still today my home phone is not working. Im wondering whats wrong & I cant call shaw to fix is because of this. There is no dial tone.
Sorry to hear that, have you seen this article No Dial Tone on All Phones? There are a few things you can check there.
Since you mentioned this happened only after your home phone number was changed I'd also like to take a look at things from our side. To do that I'll need to get your account information, so I'll be sending a private message which you can reply to from your Community Inbox.
