On the phone I asked a man what my phone package included. The bill says "Basic".  No explanation of what basic is. The man told me that it included "basic services, and stuff."

For the speedreading techs.

Is there a web site that Shaw has that defines what that "stuff" is i.e., lists what one can do with their phone. I looked at all the various link to Phone "stuff" but all I could find was a "Buy" button everywhere - nothing about what stuff is available in the basic without buy more unknowns.

Shaw should add a web site like 'shawthings.ca' where a Forum is open to all for discussion, a page that really details what one is paying and should be getting for the price. It would be nice to look at a page and see all the channels we should be getting, Internet - speed, up and down, and Phone, well, with Shaw bills, there is no such thing as TMI.
