where do I log a complaint about your VOD/Internet problems?
Video On Demand service interruption
Known issue at the moment.
Internet problems are different, what is the issue?
last week there was a wide spread problem and the internet was out--tonight its with our VOD. I know there is a problem I spent 30 MINUTES waiting to be told "sorry--nothing we can do". Tonight was movie night with the kids and they went to bed crying cause the movie and VOD wouldn't reload after pausing it. For the last year there is ALWAYS this problem or that with Shaw tv & internet. I have been a Shaw customer since 1998 and am about 2 minutes from cancelling & heading to SaskTel. What am I paying $200/month for???? To sit on hold and be told sorry every second week?? No one ever has any resolutions and I'm sick of it.
Sorry we missed your post from last night. I can understand the frustration that our VOD service was down for a couple hours last night during the time you were watching a movie. If you would like me to take a look at your account to ensure you were not charged for the movie I would be happy to do so.
Are you still having issues with your Internet service or was it just an outage in your area? I understand that we all rely on our services to work when we want them. As with any other service provider there will be times when one or more services go down or require maintenance.
