Can't send eMail............

but all other functions (receiving etc.) are fine!!  This issue is only with my Shaw.ca account (Windows Live Mail) - all other accounts (e,g, GMail/Outlook etc.) are working as normal!!

 

I'm currently on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC and using the resort's WiFi connection (which is even better/stronger than my Shaw service at home!!).

 

This is an example of the pop up window that I receive each and every attempt to SEND a link/message etc.:

 

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'Emailing: Welcome to Aspen Grille - Classic Fine Dining', Account: 'shawmail.cg.shawcable.net', Server: 'shawmail.cg.shawcable.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.

 

 

Would really appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue - it's a real pain in butt not being able to interface with home and clients etc.

P.S. Have checked all the suggested "fixes" and I definitely have an internet connection and can use WebMail etc. etc.
