My portals aren't working. I unplugged everything for 30 seconds, no change.
If you've tried unplugging the Gateway itself for 30 seconds, then we'd want to take a look from here. Most likely we'll need to send some commands to your Gateway. If you only unplugged the Portals though, locate the main Gateway unit and unplug it for 30 seconds.
