Would like help getting router into bridged mode

Hi have a Shaw supplied Cisco router and have encountered problems with it. Specifically:

  • Wireless devices can't see DLNA devices on twisted pair ports.
  • I can't reliably add devices to my DHCP reservations by MAC address.

My solution has been to disable Wireless on the Shaw-Cisco router and provide network to my devices through my own wireless router. This solves the above problems, but now I want to avoid double NATting.

I would appreciate it if one of the Shaw service representatives could start the process to put my Shaw provided Cisco router into bridged mode.
