Channel mapping on Gateway mixed up since last nights update.

The channels on my Gateway system appear to be all messed up since last nights update.  At first I thought that service was down as I was receiving the signal loss message.  Then I switched channels and was getting the  channel is not being broadcast screen, another channel showed the to subscribe call shaw screen.  These were all channels that I was getting fine yesterday.  I thought it was weird that I was getting different messages depending on the channel I was on so I started to check more channels.  TSN Jets HD (290) is showing National Geographic, TSN Jets (289) is showing Showcase, FoxHD (208) is showing CosmoTV, yet FoxHD (203) is normal.  I've tried going into the installer menu and rebooting the Gateway and Protals but no change.  Is there a way I can roll back the update?
