Any word on the Guide software upgrade?
My pixellation, online/offline message and slow (or non-existent) remote response problems have returned with a vengeance.

The update is still in the works and is continuing to be tested internally. Stay tuned to the HD Guide forum for any further updates.
Pixelation is not likely related to the Guide software though, sounds like a signal related issue. I'd recommend starting with the basic troubleshooting such as power cycling the HD box, checking cables, removing splitters, etc. I get the impression that you've done some troubleshooting already though, so if you'd like me to take a closer look into this for you please let me know.
