I'm on a very old package and I have called in a few times to the call centre, but it seems the people on the other end never know the answer to this.

I also feel my bill is far too high for what I'm getting ($75 a month plus taxes) for Internet and phone service.
Telus came to my door yesterday and offered me a package that includes TV service (which I don't have now) for about half the price of just the phone and Internet from Shaw for my first year, as well as PVR and all new equipment. They are also offering TV channels that I want, (Cartoon Network) that Shaw doesn't carry.
What can you offer me to keep me as a customer? The price on my current package is way too high, and when I've discussed this with the billing department they don't seem to be willing to budge on the pricing. I am researching the Telus offer right now, and I'm finding very few reasons to stay with Shaw.
