My BB Q10 has not given me nay emails in the last month. It keeps telling me to update my password which has not changed.
There are two steps that I would try here.
First, go into the Q10's mail settings and re-enter the password. It's not likely that the password would have changed in these settings but this is still worth a try.
Second, log into https://webmail.shaw.ca/Webmail and confirm that the password is correct.
