Why is broadband 50 unlimited so much more expensive than broadband 100 unlimited was?
if you go over, what is shaw going to charge?
I thought there was a bump up program or something?
We did recently make changes to our internet plans.
We still offer the unlimited option for High Speed 10, High Speed 25 and Broadband 50. The unlimited option is $100 over the regular (or promotion) price. We now longer offer the unlimited option for Broadband 100 and Broadband 250.
The Bump-up program will be rolled out soon. At the moment, we are still monitoring accounts for customers who go over their bandwidth and notify those customers of the plan and bandwidth that's best for them.
