Every hour or so my internet is dropping out. The network stays connected, but the internet doesn't work. The modem's send/receive lights flash. (Not simultaneously. They sort of alternate every few minutes when it is out.)
Anyway, could a Shaw employee check to see if anything is wrong that they can identify? (Through the web that is, not coming to my house.)
I was having similar issues about a week ago, but I unplugged everything and switched cables and it seemed to have been fixed, but now it's dropping out again, more frequently than before.
