I have been losing channels since shaw took the previous box and hooked up the new one. theres no channel should be available shortly, they just don't work
Are you still able to tune to those channels or are they missing from your Guide completely? If you can tune to the channel still but aren't seeing any message there, what do you see? Is the screen black screen with no sound, etc.?
Also, do you have any other TVs in the home that is receiving those channels currently, or is this the only TV?
The channels are now a subscription service
