Good Morning, my main box did not update as it should it had switched to military time, and program guide is minimized and basic.
I rebooted 3 times and it is now frozen on APP and won't do anything

If you're still having this problem at this time it is safe to try powercycling your box (disconnect power for 5-10 seconds then reconnect). We are getting reports that powercycling is now working to correct this issue, let me know if you're still having trouble though!
Sorry for the troubles, we're experiencing some challenges with HD Guide boxes at the moment. Rebooting is not helping in this case so we're asking anyone who may be experiencing challenges to please Do Not unplug power from your HD Guide box at this time, as this may make the issue worse.
