Morning, I see the HDTV issue shows as resolved on a prior thread but it still isn't working here at my house in Surrey and has been out now for over 6 hours. How long will it take to fix this and Will we get a rebate ?
There were some issues earlier this morning affecting HD Guide boxes which has been resolved. If you have an HD Guide box and still having problems box please try powercycling this (disconnect power for 5-10 seconds). If it's still an issue for you can you please describe the problem you're having in as much detail as possible (for example, any errors you're seeing) and also provide the model number of your cable box?
