CISCO DPC3825 disconnecting

I was wondering if anyone was having connection issues with this modem. I subscribe to 25meg/sec internet and have the DPC3825 Modem.  Randomly i lose all network connection. All devices connected lose internet connection and connection to each other for 2-3 seconds and then it's back on.  This is almost invisible while browsing but is a huge pain when playing online games streaming media or downloading.


I have contacted Shaw support and they cannot detect any signal drop offs and I have had my modem replaced but the issue remains. Help. What can cause this?


I also looked into the wiring and eliminated an extra splitter thinking it could be a signal strength issue with-in the house but the issue is still happening. I am not 100% sure there are no other splitters hidden along the line however.
