Channel not being broadcast error message

Good morning,


I too am having problems with my gateway this morning.  I am not getting the cable card errors like others,  but a message saying channel is not being broadcast or signal issue.  Restarted gateway and portals and nothing.  Analog cable coming through fine.


is this related?


As for people with cable card issues,  the shaw support line says they  are performing updates and that cable card message may appear for up to two hours.
