I need Shaw to send a message or whatever to my Gateway as nothing is working and unplugging it has not helped!

Sorry you're noticing that. There was an update last night and some of the Gateways aren't back online yet. We have a discussion going for this already here Re: Both my portals say "cable card is not validated with the host". How do I fix that?, so I will be locking this discussion. If you check your Community Inbox at the top I'll be sending you a private message as I can help get that going for you.
