I got a message this morning to reboot portals so update can take effect. I don't see any difference. Was there an update and what did it fix?
The update was intended to fix some PPV ordering issues, more information about the update can be found here: https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-2249.
Also to elaborate, there was no "code" pushed to the boxes, but a setting within 126.96.36.199 that was enabled to switch on a feature available within the cable card.
you won't notice a change in software versions. All the firmware versions are the same as noted here in Upcoming Gateway Code Release (188.8.131.52)
