I have powered off, powered on, rebooted, stood on my head, and that is after the two hour window that Shaw posted had passed.  Still no Gateway at all, is there a rebate to our billing coming for this?  I have been without this service since 1:00 this morning that is how I know the 2 hour window has most certainly passed. Where do we go from here???
